Details
Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) v/Øvre Eiker kommune skal inngå rammeavtale for levering av faste mattesoner til kommunale bygg.
Mattesonene skal plasseres ved inngangspartier og andre områder med høy belastning, for eksempel i skoler, barnehager, rådhus, helsebygg og idrettsbygg. Formålet er å redusere innslep av smuss, støv og fuktighet, og dermed bidra til bedre renhold, inneklima og sikkerhet for ansatte og besøkende. Rammeavtalen omfatter primært selve mattesonene, men også tilhørende matteservice som befaring, prosjektering, levering og montering. Oppdragsgiver har opsjon på teppebankere og på alternative finansieringsformer i stedet for kjøp.
Deltakere i anskaffelsen er Flesberg kommune, Gol kommune, Hemsedal kommune, Lier Eiendomsselskap KF, Modum kommune, Nesbyen kommune, Tinn kommune, Ål kommune og Øvre Eiker kommune (opsjon).
Anskaffelsen er ikke delt opp i delkontrakter, og det inngås avtale med én leverandør. Estimert samlet verdi for avtaleperioden inklusive opsjoner er ca. 14,4 millioner NOK eks. mva., med en øvre ramme på 18 millioner NOK eks. mva. Avtaleperioden er 2 år, med opsjon på forlengelse 1 + 1 år.
Kontrakt tildeles tilbudet med det beste forholdet mellom pris (40 %), kvalitet (30 %) og klima og miljø (30 %).
