Vaksdal kommune har til hensikt å inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for å dekke kommunens behov for elektrikertjenester i forbindelse med kommunale bygg og drift og vedlikehold av veilys i kommunen. Rammeavtalen omfatter elektrikertjenester ved alle kommunens bygninger, anlegg og infrastruktur med teknisk drift og vedlikehold ved tilhørende materiell, og kan omfatte blant annet reparasjoner og utskiftninger på kommunens bygg, samt drift og vedlikehold av kommunens veilysnett. Avtalen kan også omfatte planlegging og mindre prosjektering i tilknytning til oppdragene. Kommunen forvalter kritisk infrastruktur og det kan forekomme hasteoppdrag på avtalen ved fare for liv og helse.
