Details
Rammeavtalen skal dekke Statnett sitt behov for ekstern bistand knyttet til arbeid med øvelser, testing, analyse og forbedringsarbeid relatert til sikkerhet og beredskap. Leverandøren skal stille med øvingsleder/ planlegger/ prosjektleder med tilhørende team for planlegging og gjennomføring av øvelse. Leverandøren skal også kunne yte rådgiving i forbindelse med øvelser.
Rammeavtalen skal dekke Statnett og Statnetteide selskaper i både drift og i prosjekter samt innenfor alle fagområder, som for eksempel SHA, HMS, kommunikasjon, HR og forsyningssikkerhet. Øvelser og bistandsomfang omfatter hele spekteret fra mindre diskusjonsøvelser til store fullskalaøvelser.
Konsulenter må være i stand til å håndtere gradert informasjon etter sikkerhetsloven.
Behov for støtte innen analyse kan omfatte evaluering av tester og øvelser, og analyser for dimensjonering av sikkerhet og beredskap.
