Details

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the Shade Structure project at Gracemere SS, located at 1 O'Shanesy St, Gracemere QLD 4702. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works.

The project scope entails a shade structure over an existing playground.

The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant certifications. All works to be carried in in accordance with all building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE Design Standards.

Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request:

  • QBCC Licence
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract)
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • WorkCover Insurance

A Site inspection will be held on Tuesday 29th of September at 8:30am.
