I. Request for Quotations

Green Plan Republic of Lebanon Green, Agri-food Transformation for Economic Recovery Project (GATE) – Loan N°: 9576-LB “Purchase of GPS (GNSS)”

To:

The Republic of Lebanon represented by the Council For Development and Reconstruction received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Green Agri-Food Transformation for Economic Recovery (Gate)”, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan for eligible payments for the purchase of One (1) GPS. The Green Plan has been delegated by the CDR to implement and manage Subcomponent 2.1. The Green Plan (hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser“) now requests quotations One (1) GPS to be financed from the above mentioned agreement. The maximum duration for the supply, installation and commissioning of Goods is sixty (60) days after the issuance of the Purchase Order.

Bidders are requested to quote for the complete Schedule of Requirements. Bidders must submit quotations that are commercially and technically responsive, and include all Goods and Services components detailed in this Request for Quotations in substantially the full required quantities under this RFQ; and are deemed by the Purchaser as commercially and technically responsive to the minimum requirements set in this RFQ and should be identical in quality and specifications to the attached technical specifications.

This RFQ will result in one Purchase Order. The Purchase order will be awarded to the Supplier who submits the lowest technically accepted quotation. Shopping shall be the Bidding Procedure following the procedures as specified in World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (2020). Quotations must be hand delivered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. till 13:00 p.m. to the address below at or before Thursday, 3rd of September 2026 at 12:00 noon.
