Its success depends on being efficient, effective on water safety, environmental compliance and economic performance and trusted: by its customers, its Board, its owners, and by the regulators. As part of its establishment, Tiaki Wai is undertaking a programme of work to implement a suite of core applications. These applications include a Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Asset Management platform. They require data to be migrated into the platforms, this data is currently held by the councils, service providers and Tiaki Wai systems.
