The United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP) is the food-assistance agency of the United Nations and is the world's largest humanitarian organization addressing hunger and promoting food security.
In order to complement its operations in Kenya, UNWFP seeks to engage companies with the pre-requisite capacity to provide warehouse labour in its warehouse in Nairobi.
The current warehouse in Nairobi has a storage area of approximately 10,000 sqft and is currently utilized for the exclusive storage of Non-Food Items (NFIs) . The successful bidder will be required to provide qualified warehouse personnel and labour to support day-to-day warehouse operations.
The companies to be engaged will need to comply with the following minimum listed below.
1. Have a minimum of 3 years’ operational experience
2. Has legal capacity to provide labour services in the Republic of Kenya
3. Is in full compliance with provisions of labour and employment regulations of the Republic of Kenya.
4.Has operational capacity to provide required human capital.
UNWFP invites qualified warehouse labour companies who are duly registered and authorized in accordance with prevailing laws in Kenya to submit their information for consideration for shortlisting.
Procedure of participation in the shortlisting process.
1.Potential companies that feel they meet the outlined requirements must confirm their interest by filling a registration form.
2.The registration form will be accessed by visiting the following site:

3. The online registration form must be filled by 1200 hrs. on 11 September 2026.
4.Only interested parties who will provide their details via the registration form will be invited to participate in the shortlisting process.
5.Kindly note that no documents are required at this stage , companies that express interest by registering will be contacted at a later stage to provide required documentation as well as be provided with further information on the shortlisting procedure.
Please note that this is not an invitation to tender, nor does it imply automatic selection to our shortlist of companies . No rates/prices/documents are required at this stage and this invitation does not bind the World Food Programme to issue any tenders or contracts to the companies expressing their interest. UNWFP does not charge any fee for registration forms.
