Dear Respective bidder,

UNRWA has learnt that your company has professional expertise in Provision of Video Conference System at JFO UNRWA's Schools

UNRWA has published the above-mentioned tender on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM)

If your company is interested in participating in the tender, you need to register your Company at the UNGM following the attached instructions.

Once you complete the registration, the attached instructions will also guide you on how to access and download the tender.

Kindly note that all proposals are to be submitted via the UNGM based In-Tend no later than 17 September 2026, at 01:00 PM Amman Time (GMT+3)

Any questions related to the RFP shall be addressed through the correspondence tab on the UNGM (In-tend) website OR to the e-mail address [contact details removed].

Answers to questions will be made available to all vendors through a clarification via the UNGM based In-Tend.

Note: Mandatory Site Visits will be conducted on Sunday 6 September 2026 10.30am and Monday 7 September 2026 10.30am Amman time according to the site visit plan included in the tender document.
