The Government of the Republic of South Sudan has received a financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of Non-Oil Revenue Mobilization and Accountability in South Sudan (NORMA-SS) Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of this grant to payments under the contract for the development of Institutional Capacity Building, Training and Conducting a Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT) Assessment.
