Bakgrunn og formål
Interkommunalt politisk råd Nord-Østerdal (IPRNØ) har etablert Regionalt utviklingsforum (RUF) som en arena for oppfølging og gjennomføring av den regionale nærings- og energistrategien for Nord-Østerdal. Strategien skal bidra til økt verdiskaping, næringsutvikling og regional samhandling.
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå avtale med en ekstern prosjektleder som også ivaretar sekretariatsfunksjonen for Regionalt utviklingsforum. Leverandøren skal bidra til framdrift, koordinering og oppfølging av strategiens mål gjennom utvikling og gjennomføring av konkrete prosjekter og tiltak.
Omfang Oppdraget omfatter prosjektledelse og sekretariatsfunksjon for Regionalt utviklingsforum Nord-Østerdal, herunder planlegging og saksforberedelse for styringsgruppen, oppfølging av den regionale nærings- og energistrategien, koordinering av tiltak og prosjekter, rapportering på framdrift og måloppnåelse, samt planlegging og gjennomføring av 2-4 regionale utviklingsforum per år.
Oppdraget utføres på timebasis og er estimert til om lag 600 timer per år.
