ORIGINAL INTRODUCTORY LETTER BEARING THE COMPANY LETTERHEAD AND AN OFFICIAL STAMP AUTHORIZING THEM TO REPRESENT THEM IN THE SPECIFIC PRE-TENDER SITE VISIT AND MEETING.
