1. DIO wishes to continue the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) scope of Establishment Management Plans (EMPs) being delivered throughout FY`s 2027-29. 2. The scope is to include electrical surveys and decarbonisation trajectory planning (drawn from the Modern Energy Partners (MEP) approach and methodology). To support this additional scope and ensure appropriate EMP end-product validation a specialist Net Zero Carbon Subject Matter Expert (SME) delivering technical support is required. The information in this UK1 Pipeline Notice is purely for information, and no further details are available at this stage.
