Government of the Republic of Malawi Ministry of Mining INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR Supply, Delivery, Installation, Orientation, Training and Testing of Mineral Laboratory Equipment PROCUREMENT REFERENCE: 480/MOM/NCB/EQP/26-27/01 NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) ISSUE DATE: 09th OCTOBER, 2026 1. The Ministry of Mining has allocated funds in its 2026/27 Development Budget for procurement of the above referenced equipment and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, orientation, training and testing of mineral laboratory equipment. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tender bidding procedures contained in the Government of Malawi ‘s Public Procurement Act 2025, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address given below at 6 (a) from 08:00-1500 hours every day except public holidays and weekends 4. Bids must be delivered to the address shown at 6 (b) below at or before 10:00hours, 28th October, 2026 Late bids shall be rejected.
