The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project 2.0. and intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments under the contract for Basic Package of Nutrition Services:- Albendazole. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing (IPF), except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

2. The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of commodities to provide a Basic Package of Nutrition Services:- Albendazole. The description of goods is provided in Section II –Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1. 3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRIN 2.0) Project: Dr. Dogara Okara - National Project Manager. e-mail: [contact details removed] and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below. 5.
