1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Adolescent Girls Initiatives for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE _ AF) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of Solar Power in Schools: (Procurement, Distribution and Installation of 10kva Solar Power to Newly Constructed 26 Secondary Schools (13 Junior And 13 Senior Secondary Schools and for additional 55 Senior Secondary Schools for Digital Skills in Gombe State Phase II) 1. The Gombe State Ministry of Education, Adolescent Girls Initiatives for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE -AF) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement and Installation of Solar Power in Schools: (Procurement, Distribution and Installation of 10kva Solar Power to Newly Constructed 26 Secondary Schools (13 Junior And 13 Senior Secondary Schools and for additional 55 Senior Secondary Schools for Digital Skills in Gombe State Phase II). The Delivery Period is 90 days and there will be no margin of preference .

Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, 7th edition, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9.00am to 4.00pm (local time) at the address given below. 4. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000.00) in a Bank Draft or bank transfer in favor of ‘ ’Gombe State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning & Empowerment Project,’’ The document could be collected at the address below on presentation of proof of payment. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after payment of an additional fee to cover the delivery cost.
