1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Gombe State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (AGILE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement, Distribution and Installation of Digital Literacy Devices for 55 Additional Schools (Desktops, Projectors, Motorized Projector Screen, and Provision of Internet Facilities also to 55 Senior Secondary Schools in Gombe State 2. The Gombe State Ministry of Education through the office of the Project Coordinator Gombe AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement, Distribution and Installation of Digital Literacy Devices for 55 Additional Schools (Desktops, Projectors, Motorized Projector Screen, and Provision of Internet Facilities also to 55 Senior Secondary Schools in Gombe State as shown in Section II - Bid Data Sheet (BDS), ITB 1.1 of the Request for Bids (RFB). 3. Bidders may bid for one or several lots, as further defined in the bidding document . Bids should be presented separately for each lot. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. 4. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” September, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Gombe State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning & Empowerment Project and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (local time) Monday to Fridays, except on public holidays, at the address given below. 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000.00) in a Bank Draft or bank transfer in favor of ‘ ’Gombe State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning & Empowerment Project,’’ The document could be collected at the address below on presentation of proof of payment. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after payment of an additional fee to cover the delivery cost.
