Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba gradbeno-obrtniških in instalacijskih del za prizidek Zdravstvene postaje Stari trg ter energetsko sanacijo OŠ Stari trg. Javno naročilo se oddaja v dveh sklopih: - Sklop 1: Prizidek Zdravstvene postaje Stari trg Sklop obsega izvedbo prizidave in delne rekonstrukcije obstoječega objekta Zdravstvene postaje Stari trg, energetsko sanacijo obstoječega dela stavbe, izvedbo potrebnih gradbeno-obrtniških del, strojnih in elektroinštalacij ter ureditev pripadajočih zunanjih površin. - Sklop 2: Energetska sanacija OŠ Stari trg Sklop obsega izvedbo energetske sanacije in sanacije fasade na objektu OŠ Stari trg, vključno z odstranitvijo obstoječe fasadne obloge, izvedbo fasadnega sistema in fasadnih dilatacij, ureditvijo strelovoda, kleparskimi in zaključnimi deli ter vsemi potrebnimi spremljajočimi deli. Ponudniki morajo predložiti ponudbo za oba sklopa.

Lot 1: Prizidek Zdravstvene postaje Stari trg — Sklop obsega izvedbo prizidave in delne rekonstrukcije obstoječega objekta Zdravstvene postaje Stari trg, energetsko sanacijo obstoječega dela stavbe, izvedbo potrebnih gradbeno-obrtniških del, strojnih in elektroinštalacij ter ureditev pripadajočih zunanjih površin. Lot 2: Energetska sanacija OŠ Stari trg — Sklop obsega izvedbo energetske sanacije in sanacije fasade na objektu OŠ Stari trg, vključno z odstranitvijo obstoječe fasadne obloge, izvedbo fasadnega sistema in fasadnih dilatacij, ureditvijo strelovoda, kleparskimi in zaključnimi deli ter vsemi potrebnimi spremljajočimi deli.
