Exo est propriétaire du garage Vaudreuil situé au 145, chemin du Cheminot, Vaudreuil-Dorion (Québec) J7V 5V5. Dans le cadre de son programme de maintien d’actifs, exo souhaite retenir les services professionnels pour l’élaboration des plans et devis ainsi que la fourniture de services d’accompagnement durant les phases d’appel d’offres et de construction pour la reconstruction complète des 7 dalles de captation, du passage à niveau multivoies et voies ferrées à l’EST des dalles. Le niveau de détail souhaité pour ces plans et devis doit permettre la réalisation complète des travaux de construction par le biais d’un contrat qui sera octroyé sur la base des documents préparés par l’ATTRIBUTAIRE. BÉNÉFICES ATTENDUS DU PROJET L’objectif attendu par exo est d’optimiser ses infrastructures et équipements de transport existants en menant, notamment, les actions suivantes de : o mettre à niveau ses infrastructures ; o diminuer les efforts et investissements pour l’entretien ; o améliorer la sécurité ferroviaire ; o mettre en œuvre son plan de maintien des actifs ; o adapter ses actifs aux requis d’accessibilité.
