Predmet javnega naročila je prenova toplotne postaje Dijaškega doma Tabor v Ljubljani. Investicija obsega rekonstrukcijo obstoječe toplotne postaje, vključno z demontažo obstoječih strojnih in elektro instalacij, dobavo in montažo nove opreme za ogrevanje in pripravo sanitarne tople vode, izvedbo pripadajočih strojnih in elektro instalacij ter izvedbo vseh potrebnih preizkusov, meritev, nastavitev in drugih zaključnih del. Dela se izvedejo skladno s projektno dokumentacijo PZI in popisom del.
