Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba gradbenih, obrtniških in inštalacijskih del ter dobava in montaža pisarniške opreme za obnovo obstoječih pisarniških prostorov v objektu na naslovu Ferrarska ulica 8 v Kopru z upoštevanjem okoljskih vidikov Ministrstvo za pravosodje namerava obnoviti lastne nezasedene poslovne prostore v objektu na naslovu Ferrarska ulica 8 v Kopru. Cilj obnove je zagotovitev ustreznih delovnih pogojev s čimer bo omogočena selitev zunanjega oddelka državnega odvetništva v Kopru iz najetih prostorov v lastne. Za ta namen se bo izvedlo gradbena, obrtniška in inštalacijska dela. Obnovljene prostore se bo opremilo s pisarniško in pohištveno opremo.

Ogled lokacije in objekta: Naročnik ponudnikom, ki so zainteresirani za oddajo ponudbe omogoča ogled lokacije in objekta, na katerega se nanaša izvedba predmetnega naročila, in sicer po predhodnem dogovoru s kontaktno osebo, v katerem se bo določil termin ogleda. Ogledi bodo potekali med delavniki (ponedeljek-petek) med 8.00 in 15.00 uro. Ogled bo možen v terminih do 30. 9. 2026. Kontaktna oseba za izvedbo ogleda je ga. Snežana Bertok, telefon: 05-663-79-80.
