Details

Le marché porte sur l'achat d’un système préclinique microTEP/TDM permettant de réaliser des acquisitions d’imagerie in vivo anatomo-fonctionnelles chez le petit animal de laboratoire (souris, rat, marmoset). Cet appareil contribuera à l’activité de recherche en biologie (nouveaux modèles animaux pathologiques, développement de nouvelles thérapies, compréhension de phénomènes physiologiques) principalement dans les domaines de la neurologie, mais également en pharmacologie, cardiologie, oncologie, métabolisme et ostéoarticulaire. Les acquisitions TEP/TDM seront réalisées in vivo sur les animaux anesthésiés avec un suivi des constantes physiologiques et selon les normes d’éthique et de qualité vétérinaires.
