Predmet naročila je dobava, montaža in zagon fotonapetostne (sončne) elektrarne MFE – ČN Škofja vas, ki se bo priključila na distribucijsko omrežje po predlagani shemi PS.3B. Sistem je predviden za vzporedno obratovanje z javnim električnim omrežjem lokalnega distributerja Elektro Celje d.d.. Skupna moč inštaliranih fotonapetostnih modulov mora biti vsaj 56 kW, pri čemer morajo biti moduli povezani na dva razsmernika, s svojo nazivno močjo 2 x 33 kW. Dejanska vršna moč elektrarne je omejena in v nobenem primeru ne presega 70 kW, saj je tako določeno v soglasju za priključitev Elektra Celje d.d.. Osnova za izdelavo ponudbe je načrt za izvedbo MFE – ČN Škofja vas, PZI načrt št. 2024/0279, julij 2025, ki ga je izdelalo podjetje SOL-NAVITAS d.o.o.. Predmet javnega naročila je podrobno opisan v Projektni nalogi (ločena priloga).

Correction: Naročnik je na zahtevo ponudnikov naložil Soglasje za priključitev ter Popis del v excel obliki, pri čemer naročnik ponovno opozarja, kot je navedeno že v dokumentih razpisne dokumentacije, da je popis del pripravljen na podlagi določenega tipa opreme in materiala, ki ga je uporabil projektant v PZI načrtu. Ponudnik lahko ponudi tudi enakovredno drugačno opremo ali konstrukcijske elemente enake ali boljše kvalitete, vendar mora tudi poskrbeti za novelacijo PZI projekta. Popis del je zato okvirne narave, pogodba pa bo sklenjena s klavzulo "ključ v roke". Naročnik je na zahtevo ponudnikov prav tako podaljšal rok za oddajo ponudb do 5.10.2026 do 10.00 ure.
