Details

Investitor Vodovod - Kanalizacija javno podjetje, d.o.o, želi izvesti obnovo in energetsko sanacijo upravnega objekta vodarne Medlog. Objekt je dotrajan in energetsko neustrezen ter funkcionalno v celoti ne ustreza potrebam, zato se je naročnik odločil, da bi predmetni objekt obnovil, izvedel energetsko sanacijo in funkcionalno uredil prostore v objektu. Prav tako investitor načrtuje gradnjo novega objekta, in sicer izgradnjo rezervoarja čiste vode s črpališčem kot prizidek k obstoječi strojnici vodarne Medlog. Namen projekta je izboljšanje kapacitet za shranjevanje in oskrbo z vodo, saj obstoječi rezervoar zaradi dotrajanosti in neustreznosti ne zadostuje potrebam. Poleg prizidka je predvidena tudi gradnja povozne klančine s ploščadjo, ki bo omogočila dostop do kote pritličja novega objekta.
