Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę usług doradztwa technicznego, organizacyjnego oraz formalno-prawnego w zakresie przygotowania i prowadzenia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na dostawę i wdrożenie systemu informatycznego klasy ERP (ang. Enterprise Resource Planning) (dalej „System ERP”) oraz w zakresie wdrożenia tego systemu w infrastrukturze Zamawiającego, na warunkach określonych w Istotnych Postanowieniach Umowy, zwanych dalej IPU, stanowiących Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ i jej załącznikach (dalej „Usługi doradztwa”).
