1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa oprogramowania do informatyki śledczej. 2. Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia/Dane techniczne oferowanego oprogramowania, zwanym dalej „OPZ”, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia oraz w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby przedmiot zamówienia został zrealizowany w następujących terminach: - Dostawa 2 sztuk licencji oprogramowania w terminie do 20 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy; - Wsparcie techniczne będzie świadczone przez okres 12 miesięcy od dnia dokonania odbioru licencji oprogramowania.
