Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór oraz transport odpadów komunalnych w zakresie bioodpadów (odpady ulegające biodegradacji i odpady kuchenne ulegające biodegradacji) wytworzonych na terenie gminy Miasto Częstochowa wraz z realizacją usług i obowiązków dodatkowych. Przedmiot zamówienia został określony i opisany w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej „OPZ”) stanowiącym Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ oraz wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (dalej „PPU”).
