1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów stosowanych w radioterapii i brachyterapii dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze pakiety ustalone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną ilość części.
