1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c i 4d do SWZ, zwanym dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego. 2. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje następujące części: Część 1 – Sternotom (6 sztuk) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a do SWZ; Część 2 – Piła oscylacyjna (3 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4b do SWZ; Część 3 – Zestaw napędów ortopedycznych (2 zestawy) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4c do SWZ; Część 4 – Głowica USG (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4d do SWZ; 3. Wymieniony wyżej sprzęt musi spełniać warunki graniczne określone odpowiednio w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c i 4d do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z warunków granicznych określonych odpowiednio w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c i 4d do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty.
