Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej, obejmująca sprzedaż energii elektrycznej dla punktów poboru energii wskazanych w Załącznikach nr 1a do SWZ w okresie dwunastu miesięcy począwszy od 01.01.2027 r. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje trzy zadania: 1) Zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby własne; 2) Zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby odsprzedaży do odbiorców końcowych; 3) Zakup energii elektrycznej na realizację technicznego procesu w zakresie dystrybucji energii elektrycznej.
