Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej na rok 2027/2028 do obiektów wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne. Zamawiający przeprowadza procedurę zmiany sprzedawcy energii elektrycznej systematycznie od roku 2011. Powyższe zamówienie przeprowadzane jest w procedurze kolejnej zmiany sprzedawcy energii elektrycznej na podstawie powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa. Przedmiot zamówienia: szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej: wolumen 2027 rok do 1 262 500,00 kWh, wolumen 2028 rok do 1 337 500,00 kW. Całkowity wolumen zamówienia objęty zamówieniem do 2 600 000,00 kWh. Zgodnie z szacowanym zużyciem energii elektrycznej, zestawionym w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (dalej: OPZ). W przypadku różnic sum zawartych w załączniku nr 1 oraz niniejszej SWZ, obowiązuje wolumen wskazany w SWZ. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia na podstawie art. 257 ustawy PZP jeżeli środki, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia nie zostaną mu przyznane.
Lots Lot 1 — Zakup energii elektrycznej na 2027 i 2028 rok: Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej na rok 2027/2028 do obiektów wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r.
