Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest Zakup energii elektrycznej dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1a, 1b do SWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Część I zamówienia – zakup energii elektrycznej do obiektów wymienionych w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r. wynosi 45 783 344 kWh. Część II zamówienia – zakup energii elektrycznej do obiektów wymienionych w załączniku nr 1b do SWZ Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r. wynosi 27 170 731 kWh.
