1. Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi dostawa polegająca na „Sprzedaży energii elektrycznej w latach 2027-2029.” 2. Zamawiający dokonał podziału przedmiotu zamówienia na cztery Zadania: 1) Zadanie nr 1 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Basen; 2) Zadanie nr 2 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja 3NSB; 3) Zadanie nr 3 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Koszary nr 2; 4) Zadanie nr 4 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Park Samochodowy Obiekty stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia znajdują się na terenie kompleksów przy ul. Szubińskiej 105 i ul. B. Potockiego 14 w Bydgoszczy. Każde zadanie stanowi osobną część zamówienia.
Lots Lot 1 — Zadanie nr 1 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Basen: Zadanie nr 1 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Basen Zamawiający, w okresie obowiązywania umowy, prognozuje zużycie energii elektrycznej na poziomie do 2 379 MWh (w tym ok. 619 MWh w szczycie przedpołudniowym, ok. 259 MWh w szczycie popołudniowym i ok. 1 501 MWh w pozostałych godzinach doby) Lot 2 — Zadanie nr 2 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja 3NSB: Zadanie nr 2 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja 3NSB Zamawiający, w okresie obowiązywania umowy, prognozuje zużycie energii elektrycznej na poziomie do 2 646 MWh (w tym ok. 536 MWh w szczycie przedpołudniowym, ok. 299 MWh w szczycie popołudniowym i ok. 1 811 MWh w pozostałych godzinach doby) Lot 3 — Zadanie nr 3 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Koszary nr 2: Zadanie nr 3 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Koszary nr 2 Zamawiający, w okresie obowiązywania umowy, prognozuje zużycie energii elektrycznej na poziomie do 2 768 MWh (w tym ok. 1 505 MWh w strefie szczytowej i ok. 1 263 MWh w strefie pozaszczytowej) Lot 4 — Zadanie nr 4 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Park Samochodowy: Zadanie nr 4 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Park Samochodowy Zamawiający, w okresie obowiązywania umowy, prognozuje zużycie energii elektrycznej na poziomie do 432 MWh (w tym ok. 202 MWh w strefie szczytowej i ok. 230 MWh w strefie pozaszczytowej)
