1. Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi dostawa polegająca na „Sprzedaży energii elektrycznej w latach 2027-2029.” 2. Zamawiający dokonał podziału przedmiotu zamówienia na cztery Zadania: 1) Zadanie nr 1 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Basen; 2) Zadanie nr 2 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja 3NSB; 3) Zadanie nr 3 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Koszary nr 2; 4) Zadanie nr 4 - Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej - Trafostacja Park Samochodowy Obiekty stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia znajdują się na terenie kompleksów przy ul. Szubińskiej 105 i ul. B. Potockiego 14 w Bydgoszczy. Każde zadanie stanowi osobną część zamówienia.
