1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów wymienionych w Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ – szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r. wynosi: ok. 8 719 940 kWh (zamówienie planowane). 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ – szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia określone zostały w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy – Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia ujęto w rozdziale V SWZ.
