1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na wykonaniu dokumentacji projektowej oraz kompleksowym wykonaniu zadania inwestycyjnego pn. Rewitalizacja terenu i utworzenie trzech Eko Parków w ramach projektu „Zielono-niebieska infrastruktura w gminach Związku Gmin Regionu Kutnowskiego – Etap I”. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych oraz zagospodarowania terenu dla trzech Eko Parków, tj.: 1) Eko Park przy budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Grabowie, 2) Eko Park przy budynku komunalnym/GOPS w Grabowie, 3) Eko Park przy osiedlu domów jednorodzinnych w Krośniewicach, w zakresie wynikającym z programów funkcjonalno-użytkowych stanowiących załącznik do SWZ.
