APPEL D’OFFRES PAR PROCÉDURE OUVERTE N 0 2026-16 PAVAGE DE LA RUE FORGET Madame, Monsieur, La Municipalité de Morin-Heights demande des soumissions pour des travaux de pavage sur la rue Forget à Morin-Heights. Les soumissions, sous enveloppes opaques et scellées, portant la mention « PAVAGE DE LA RUE FORGET », seront reçues au plus tard le 13 octobre 2026 à 10h45, selon l’une ou l’autre des façons suivantes, au choix des soumissionnaires : a) physiquement à l’Hôtel de ville de Morin-Heights situé au : 567, chemin du Village, Morin-Heights, avec chèque visé de 10% représentant le dépôt de soumission, incluant les taxes. Une garantie sous forme de cautionnement peut également être acceptée. b) via le site internet du SEAO. Dans ce cas, seules les soumissions avec garantie de soumission sous forme d’un cautionnement seront acceptées. Les soumissions seront ouvertes à 11h00 à l’Hôtel de Ville de Morin-Heights. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues et cela, sans encourir aucune obligation quelconque envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
