Rammeavtalen skal dekke Oppdragsgiver sine samlede behov for modernisering, installering, service og vedlikehold på ventilasjon i kontraktsperioden.
Det skal inngås parallelle rammeavtaler med 4-7 leverandører. Rammeavtalene vil ha en varighet på 4 år.
Oppdraget omfatter energivurderinger av tekniske anlegg, modernisering, nyinstallering, service og vedlikehold av ventilasjons- og komfortkjølanlegg, kjøleanlegg for datarom, kjøle og fryserom, spjeld, funksjonskontroll kjøkkenavtrekk samt varmepumper i Oslobygg KF sin eiendomsportefølje.
Formålet med avtalen er å:
- å tilfredsstille inneklima og miljø gjennom økonomisk og stabil drift av tekniske anlegg
- å opprettholde anleggets tekniske standard som bidrar til lang levetid
- miljøvennlig materialbruk og lavt ressursforbruk, samt lave klimagassutslipp knyttet til transport
