Rammeavtalen for anleggsentreprenørarbeid i Holmenkollen nasjonalanlegg og på Lillomarka Skiarena skal sikre oppdragsgiver for stabil, effektiv og forsvarlig drift av anleggene gjennom hele året. Hovedtyngden av behovet forventes å være i sommerhalvåret. I denne perioden gjennomføres det normalt prosjekter, driftstilpasninger, vedlikeholdstiltak og utbedringer som krever anleggsarbeider.
