Oslo kommune v/ Oslobygg KF, heretter kalt oppdragsgiver, inviterer til åpen tilbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med anskaffelse av ventilasjonsentreprenør til Munkerud miljøbarnehage.
Munkerud miljøbarnehage var et innovasjonsprosjekt i regi av Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF, ferdigstilt i 2019. Den valgte ventilasjonsløsningen viste seg tidlig ikke å fungere tilfredsstillende, og luftmengdene i bygget er for lave, noe som til tider medfører forhøyede CO₂-nivåer. Bygget har samtidig et underdimensjonert oppvarmingsanlegg, med vedvarende utfordringer knyttet til for lave temperaturer i vinterhalvåret, noe som gir et utilstrekkelig inneklima i kalde perioder. I tillegg oppleves det for høye temperaturer i de varmeste periodene av året. På denne bakgrunn er det nødvendig å gjennomføre tiltak for å etablere en helhetlig og tilfredsstillende teknisk løsning i tråd med TEK.
Denne anskaffelsen omhandler den nye ventilasjonsløsningen, inkludert bygningsmessige hjelpearbeider.
