Bakgrunn og formål

Sogndal kommune skal pusse opp Kommunehuset ettersom bygget treng oppgradert ventilasjonsanlegg og overflateopppussing. Nokre vegger skal rivast for å laga større kontor. Det vil bli nokre nye vegger, bl.a i 2. etasje der det vert eit nytt møterom. Elles vert rominndeling tilnærma slik den er i dag. Det skal monterast himling i alle kontor, møterom og kommunestyresalen.

Status og målsetting

Tiltak skal prosjekterast og utførast som sidestilt totalentreprise i henhold til NS 8407.

Delkontraktar

Det utlyste prosjektet er delt i fire ulike delkontrakter: tømrararbeid, el-arbeid, malar/golvlegging og ventilasjon. I tillegg er det noko mindre og spesialisert arbeid som vert teken i tillegg. Oppdragsgjevar vil koordinere faga.
