The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Solid Waste Management Division) is inviting potential Contractors to submit their bids through the Government eProcurement System for the Operation and Maintenance of La Brasserie Transfer Station and Transportation of Wastes from La Brasserie Transfer Station to Mare Chicose Landfill for a Period of 36 Months. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement Systemhttps://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: SWMD/IFB/2026/210 3. A Pre-Bid Site Meeting will be held as per the date and place mentioned in Section II: Bid Data Sheet ITB 9.1(b) of the Bidding Document. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System byTuesday 08 December 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 08 December 2026 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritian Time) till Tuesday 08 December 2026 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time). 6.
