NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR PRINTING, PACKAGING AND DISPATCH OF THE BANK’S WALL AND TABLE CALENDARS FOR THE YEAR 2027

Punjab & Sind Bank, a body corporate constituted under the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, having its Head Office at New Delhi, invites applications from well-established and eligible General Printers based in Delhi/NCR for the printing, packaging and dispatch of Bank’s Wall and Table Calendars for the year 2027

Printing, packaging, and dispatch of the Bank’s Wall and Table Calendars shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the specifications prescribed by the Bank, including paper quality, dimensions, layout, printing requirements, packaging standards, and all other applicable specifications.

1. Punjab & Sind Bank invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced Printing Vendors based in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) for the printing, packaging, and dispatch of the Bank’s Wall and Table Calendars, in accordance with the specifications, quality standards, and terms and conditions prescribed by the Bank in the tender document.

2. The tender document may be downloaded from the Bank’s Website;

3. The application should be addressed to The Chief Manager, Punjab & Sind Bank, HO Printing & Stationery Department, C-7, New Sabzi Mandi, Azadpur, New Delhi – 110033, and must be submitted by hand only. Applications submitted through Post/Speed Post/Courier or any other mode will not be entertained.

13 Validity of Tenders 60 days from the Opening of Technical bid.

5. No additions or alterations shall be made to the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract, or the tender document by the bidder. Any such additions or alterations shall render the bid liable to rejection. If the bid is accepted, any such additions or alterations shall be treated as null and void. Conditional bids shall be summarily rejected.

6. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

7. Performance Security Deposit - Bidder has to submit Bid Securing Declaration of the tender.

8. The rates quoted by the Bidder shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender and shall be inclusive of all transportation, octroi (where applicable), packing,

forwarding, insurance, and delivery charges up to the Bank’s Offices and Locations. No additional charges shall be payable by the Bank beyond the rates quoted, except as expressly provided in the tender document.

9. The successful Bidder shall, within seven (07) days from the date of intimation of acceptance of the tender, execute the agreement on stamp paper of the requisite value and submit the Performance Security Deposit as prescribed in the tender document.

10. Tenure of Contract: The rates quoted and accepted under the Rate Contract shall remain

valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issuance of the Contract or Letter of Intent (LOI), as applicable, unless otherwise specified in the tender document.

13. Punjab & Sind Bank reserves the right to accept or reject in part or full, any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any cost and compensation therefore. Any decision of Punjab & Sind Bank in this regard shall be final, conclusive and binding on all the Bidders.

14. The bidder must obtain for himself/herself/themselves on his/her/their own responsibility all the information which may be necessary for the purpose of making a valid tender and entering into valid contract. The bidders is advised to inspect the installation at the site of work and acquaint himself/herself/themselves with all local conditions, nature of work and all matters pertaining thereto.
