Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is inviting Egyptian Institutions to ITB – 9205169 for stationary and educational materials

Please find attached, the ITB including the submission guidelines ( PDF file) , specifications of required items and locations where items should be delivered.

Annex A, includes detailed specs in both Arabic and English .

Deadline expected to receive proposals is 13 August 2026 at 3 PM Cairo Time

Important note:

Offers can be made in USD. Payments can be either in USD, provided the supplier can issue invoices in USD, or in EGP, based on the UN operational exchange rate at the time of payment.

Please submit full specs and samples as clearly requested in the solicitation document

Please note that the company potentially awarded the contract must provide:

The balance sheet for 2024 & 2025

The latest two financial statements 2024 and 2025 ( audited statements )

Valid tax registration & valid commercial registration

Payment will be after delivery – partial payments against partial delivery can be accepted .

It is very important to add the cost of transportation to locations and prices must be as per instructions, clearly reflected in the solicitation document, page 24, clause 3.1 .

Samples of each item should be sent to UNICEF Office . (As requested in the solicitation document, page 30 )

Please make sure that your proposal is sent to a secure e-mail address accessible only by the designated staff for the receipt of bids or proposals which is [contact details removed] ( please send the proposal to this email only ) , if offers will be sent to other email addressed even in CC the company will be disqualified .

The proposals should be attached to the e-mail submission and all attachment should be in a non-editable format , for example secure PDF format or an image format such as JPEG.

UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the request for proposals stage and/or solicitation process.

UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions when issuing the final contract documents.
