Details

Køge Kommune ønsker at indgå aftale om totalrådgivning i forbindelse med et projekt til at forbedre den omkringliggende infrastruktur vest for byudviklingsområdet Ravnsborg Enge som er placeret øst for Østbanen. Vejprojekterne skal bidrage til at fremme cykling og gang samt forbedre trafiksikkerheden. Aftalen skal omfatte følgende vejprojekter: Delprojekt 1: Ombygning af rundkørslen Vordingborgvej/Orkestervej/Klemmenstrupvej til et signalreguleret kryds med udgangspunkt i det udarbejdede projektforslag herunder etablering af fortov langs Orkestervej mellem Vordingborgvej og Ravnsborgvej. Projektforslaget skal tilpasses, så der ikke skal ske arealerhvervelse fra matr.nr. 1q, Hastrup By, Herfølge.

Delprojekt 2: Etablering af fortov i rundkørslen Orkestervej/Ravnsborgvej samt etablering af fartdæmpning i tilkørslerne til rundkørslen.

Delprojekt 3: Etablering af fortov på Ravnsborg til og med indkørslerne til Ravnsborgvej 14 i nordsiden og Ravnsborgvej 101-143 i sydside

Da ombygningen af vejene medfører øget afledning af vejvand, skal der søges tilslutningstilladelse. Vejbelysning skal tilpasses ombygningen af vejarealerne. Vejentreprenøren skal forestå udgravning og retablering af en ny fjernvarmeledning, som skal sikre forsyning til det nye byudviklingsområde via en forlængelse af Orkestervej under jernbanen. Veks’ rådgiver (Rambøll) vil levere inputs tiludbudsmateriale ift. etablering af ny fjernvarmeledning på tværs af Vordingborgvej og videre ad Orkestervej inden for opgavens afgrænsningsområde. Vordingborgvej indgår i det strategiske vejnet, hvorfor anlægsarbejdet skal koordineres med Vejdirektoratets eventuelle anlægsarbejder på statsvejnettet.

Udbuddet gennemføres som et begrænset udbud efter udbudslovens §§ 58-60, hvilket indebærer, at kun prækvalificerede tilbudsgivere har mulighed for at afgive tilbud. Ordregiver prækvalificerer 5, som vil blive opfordret til at give tilbud på projektet.
