Details

Med lokalplan 1119 er der skabt grundlag for etablering af en supplerende bro, parallelt og nord for den eksisterende blå klapbro i Søndre Havn, der både muliggør en ombygning af den eksisterende bro og forbedrer trafiksikkerheden for cyklister og gående.

På den baggrund inviterer Køge Kommune (Ordregiver) til projektkonkurrence om udarbejdelse af et konceptuelt stærkt og realiserbart idéoplæg for en ny gang- og cykelbro.

Konkurrencen omfatter – udover indgivelse af ovennævnte idéoplæg - afgivelse af tilbud på de efterfølgende rådgivningsydelser, herunder projektering, udarbejdelse af udbudsprojekt samt byggeledelse og fagtilsyn i forbindelse med realiseringen af projektet.

Udbuddet forventes gennemført i følgende faser.

1) Gennemførelse af prækvalifikation med udvælgelse af 3-5 deltagere

2) Fremsendte tilbudte idéforslag, som en del af tilbuddet, vurderes af en bedømmelseskomité på baggrund af bedømmelseskriterierne

3) Mulighed for indledning af forhandling med vinderen af projektkonkurrencen på baggrund af estimater, timepriser, CV’ere, udkast til tidsplan, mv. som udgør en del af tilbuddet.
