This requirement is for a vendor to provide commercial internet service at March Air Reserve Base. In order to meet operational requirements the vendor must be able to provide internet services capable of download speeds at a rate of 1 Gb or greater, on a 1Gb circuit. The Contractor is responsible for providing and installing all equipment required to establish this service in the base Dial Control Office (DCO) for the base to connect via multi-mode fiber LC SFP. In order to avoid prolonged mission impacting service disruption, the vendor must agree to have maintenance personnel respond to any notification of service disruption within 24 hours of said notice. Within 45 days of contract award, the vendor must provide a list of no less then 3 maintenance personnel capable of being granted access to March Air Reserve Base. For the duration of the contract, the maintenance personnel must maintain access privileges to ensure timely service disruption response time.
