Details

Aquest projecte té com a objectiu la substitució de la coberta existent i la millora del comportament energètic de l’edifici mitjançant actuacions sobre l’envolupant tèrmica. La intervenció inclou la retirada de la coberta de fibrociment i la seva substitució per un sistema de panell sandwich amb millors prestacions d’aïllament, així com l’execució d’un sistema d’aïllament tèrmic per l’exterior (SATE) als murs perimetrals. Així mateix, es preveu la renovació de les obertures mitjançant la incorporació de fusteries amb trencament de pont tèrmic i vidres de baix emissiu, millorant l’estanquitat i reduint les pèrdues energètiques. Les actuacions proposades permetran disminuir la demanda energètica de l’edifici, augmentar l’estabilitat tèrmica interior i millorar el confort dels usuaris, reforçant el caràcter sostenible i eficient de l’equipament municipal.
