The commencement date of the contract will be communicated at the Handover meeting. Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 7 CE and higher as stated on the Tender Data may submit tender offers. Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation required for this tender, will not be accepted. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database are eligible to tender. Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises. A compulsory briefing session A compulsory briefing session will be conducted Virtually on the 02 October 2026 at 11:00 for a period of ± 2 hours . The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Bidders arriving late. The Tender Registration will be closed at the time indicated by the meeting Chairperson. Late registration will not be allowed, and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting.
