Q59. Please confirm whether contractor past performance submissions should be limited to projects completed within the previous five years from the solicitation issue date. A59. The Government may consider any references provided by the contractor, as well as information available from USDA records, CPARS, and other federal sources. Offerors should select past performance examples that best demonstrate relevant experience and capability.

Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0071 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for NRCS Puerto Rico Battery Backup System for the Corozal Field Office. This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210.  The small business size standard is $19M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
