La municipalité de Saint-François-du-Lac, propriétaire, demande des soumissions pour des travaux pour un nouveau centre communautaire, au 10, rue du Centre communautaire, à Saint-François-du-Lac. Seuls sont autorisés à soumissionner pour l'exécution des travaux, les entrepreneurs de construction au sens de la loi sur la qualification des entrepreneurs de construction (L.R.Q., chap. Q-1) qui ont leur principale place d'affaires dans la province de Québec. Chacune des soumissions (l'original et deux (2) copies) dans une enveloppe scellée, portant la mention « NOUVEAU CENTRE COMMUNAUTAIRE – SAINT-FRANÇOIS-DU-LAC », valide pour cent vingt jours (120) jours, sera reçue jusqu'au 30 novembre 2026 à 11:00 heure , heure locale, à l’Hôtel de ville de Saint-François-du-Lac situé au 400, rue Notre-Dame, Saint-François-du-Lac (Québec) J0G 1M0,pour être ouvertes publiquement, au même jour et à la même heure. Les entrepreneurs soumissionnaires sont tenus responsables du choix de leurs sous-traitants, tant pour leur solvabilité que pour le contenu de leur soumission. Les plans, devis et autres renseignements pourront être obtenus à compter du 6 novembre 2026 . Les documents peuvent être obtenus au coût établi par SEAO. La municipalité de Saint-François-du-Lac ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et de n'encourir aucune poursuite ou réclamation pour frais ou pertes subis par les soumissionnaires. De plus, la municipalité de Saint-François-du-Lac n’encourt aucune responsabilité du fait que les avis écrits ou documents quelconques véhiculés par système électronique soient incomplets ou comportent quelque erreur ou omission que ce soit.
